Purpose Statement:
To bring people to Jesus and membership in His family, develop them to Christlike maturity, equip them for their ministry in the church and for their mission in the world in order to magnify God.To “love God with all your heart” is worship.To “love you neighbor as yourself” is ministry.To “go…make disciples” is evangelism.To “baptize” is to incorporate into fellowship.To “teach them all things” is discipleship.

Southland’s Lifestyle Statements:

Every believer has direct access to God through prayer and Bible reading. Every believer is called to “full-time” service. Financial Giving. I Corinthians 16:2
Everyone regardless of income proportionate amount…Biblical standard was 10% cheerfully. Gifts are to God, not the “church”, spirit-led living, Daily dependence on God’s Spirit, No list of do’s and don’ts, Telling others about Christ. I Peter 3:15
